Body & Banda with Empowered Familia

Empowered Familia presents a 45-minute high-energy workout set to live banda music, featuring lymphatic movement, core strengthening, and deep breathing techniques. The event combines fitness instruction with holistic health education, complimentary wellness product samples, and DIY oil roller and foot soak craft stations. Participants are encouraged to wear pink or black and bring friends and mats for an uplifting community fitness experience.
