Cheesemaking - Sheep's Milk Cheeses/Manchego

A specialized cheesemaking class centered on producing Manchego, a traditional Spanish cheese made from sheep s milk. Participants will learn techniques for Manchego while exploring related cheeses like P tit Basque, Feta, and Pecorino. The instructor will also discuss applications of sheep s milk in non-traditional cheese varieties. Class size is limited to 5-12 students.
