Conmemoración 11 de Septiembre 1973

La Pena Cultural Center hosts a free commemorative event honoring the 53rd anniversary of Chile s 1973 military coup that overthrew President Salvador Allende. The evening features live music, poetry, visual art, traditional Chilean cuisine, navegado wine, and a traditional sand and flower altar in front of the mural. The event brings the community together to remember this historical moment and continue advocacy for justice.
