A safe, Spanish-language sanctuary space designed for Latina women, including caregivers, immigrants, and monolingual speakers. The healing circle provides emotional support and resilience-building around migration status, discrimination, and financial stress. Participants gather to breathe, connect, and leave with greater calm and strength within a warm, judgment-free environment.
