Masa 101

Masa 101 is an in-depth educational workshop covering the history, techniques and troubleshooting of masa and tortilla-making. The session includes a chaotic tortilla demonstration, hands-on learning and opportunities to ask questions about this foundational Mexican ingredient. Participants enjoy an artisanally crafted beverage with admission. The event serves as a fundraiser for Art Space HP s community initiatives in Huntington Park.
