New Contexts: Spanish American Art at the Geffen Galleries

This guided tour examines how LACMA s Geffen Galleries present Spanish American and Mexican art as central to world history rather than peripheral. Led by Art Muse lecturer Clare Kunny, participants explore colonial and modern Mexican pieces while considering how non-linear display approaches reshape narratives and interpretations.
