Established jazz guitarist Ray Obiedo blends contemporary jazz, Latin rhythms, and funk into a West Coast groove. His technique developed through influences including James Brown s funk, Miles Davis, Motown, and Brazilian composer Antonio Carlos Jobim. He toured with jazz legends and led influential local projects throughout the 1970s-80s.
