#SambaChurch African-Brazilian Dance and Drum Community Classes

Samba Church is an Oakland community movement class open to all levels, featuring live drumming by Funky Time Players. The program brings together African and Brazilian dance traditions as a grassroots movement preparing for Carnaval season. Classes are offered weekly and participants train together as a community.
