Summer Samba Bootcamp with Batuki

Batuki offers a free 8-week samba percussion bootcamp teaching Rio-style drumming techniques and music history. Open to all skill levels, participants learn various percussion instruments, the evolution of escolas de samba, and perform together as an ensemble. Classes meet Tuesday evenings in San Francisco.
