The Salsa Lab Cuban Salsa Tuesdays

The Salsa Lab brings Cuban salsa and Rueda de Casino instruction to Rhythmix Cultural Works in Alameda every Tuesday. Classes are structured with a beginner session from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM and intermediate-advanced training from 8:15 PM to 9:15 PM, all led by Alvaro Batista. Focus areas include Cuban fundamentals, patterns, connection, and social dancing confidence.
